Hari Dhaniya ki chutney

(Dip made with green coriander leaves and some natural herbs)
Coriander leaves: 2 bunches
Green chili: 1
Ginger: 2 inches long cube
Onion: ½ medium size
Lemon juice: ½ tablespoon
Peanut: 2 tablespoon
Salt: to taste
 Method: Coarsely chop coriander leaves, green chili, ginger and onion.
In a blender, mix all the ingredients including coriander leaves, green chili, ginger, onion and peanuts to make a fine paste. Add salt and lemon juice.
Your Hari dhaniya ki chutney is ready to serve.
