Garden Veggie Sandwich with Honey mustard dressing

Wheat Bread: 2 slices
Lettuce: 2 leaves
Capsicum: 1
Onion: 1 small
Tomato: 1 small
Cucumber: 1
Jalapeno: 1
Fresh cottage cheese: ¼ cup (crumbled)
Honey Mustard Dressing: 1 spoon (as per taste)
Salt and pepper as per taste

Method: Toast the bread slices in  the oven for 30 seconds or less.
Meanwhile cut all the vegetables in thin round slices excluding lettuce. Now, start layering your bread with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, capsicum, onion, jalapeno and finely some crumbled cottage cheese. Sprinkle some salt and black pepper. Drizzle honey mustard dressing over the veggies.Cover it up with the bread slice.
Your Garden veggie Sandwich with honey mustard dressing is ready to serve.
Note: The bread shown here is jalapeno cheddar bagel. You can use any bread of your choice.Also,for better tasting sandwich,you can cut all the vegetables and keep it in the refrigerator for one hour before serving.
