Banana Walnut Cake

Plain flour : 1 cup
Wheat flour : ½  cup
Eggs: 3 large
Baking powder: 1 tablespoon
Cooking soda: 1   tablespoon
Powdered Sugar: 1.5  cup
Oil: 1 cup
Walnuts: 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence: 2 tsp
Bananas: 3 big fully ripe (mashed)
Milk: ½ cup

Method :Sieve Plain flour, wheat flour, cooking soda and baking powder together and keep it aside.
In a mixing bowl add eggs and vanilla essence and beat till it’s fluffy. Now add mashed bananas
and oil and slowly keep adding sugar. Beat this mixture with the egg beater till it’s fluffy and makes peaks.
Now add dry ingredients to the egg mixture slowly. Add milk and walnuts. Make sure it has a pourable batter consistency. Now mix this with a spatula in one direction. It should take around 5-6 minute to do this.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Grease the baking dish with oil and sprinkle some flour on it. Now pour the cake mix and place it in the oven.Throw in some walnuts on the cake batter but don't mix it.
 Bake for at least 60 minutes or when the fork comes out clean from the cake.
Bring it out of the oven and plate it.
