Awadhi Maal Pua

Plain Flour: 1 cup
Milk: 1 cup or more to make a pourable batter
Sugar: ¾ cup
Raisins: 2 tablespoon
Chiroli (Chironji): 2 tablespoon
Powdered coconut: 1 tablespoon
Crushed Green Cardamon(choti ilaichi): pinch
Oil: for frying

 Method: Mix flour and sugar. Add milk to make a pourable batter.
Add dry fruits,powdered coconut and cardamom. Meanwhile, heat oil in a deep pan. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan for deep frying. Once it starts turning light brown,turn it over. This should be done on a low flame.
Bring it off the pan. Your Awadhi Maal pua is ready to eat.
