(Raw mango drink flavored with mint)
Mint Leaves: 4-5
Ginger: 1 small bud
Roasted Cumin Powder: 1 tablespoon
Black Salt: ½ tablespoon
Sugar: 2 tablespoon
Salt: to taste
Water: 5 glasses
Crushed ice: 1 glass
Method: Boil mango, peel it and take out the pulp. In a blender, mix mango pulp,ginger,mint leaves, sugar and water. Add cumin powder, black salt and regular salt. Your Aam ka panna is ready.
To serve, fill ¼th of your glass with the crushed ice and pour aam ka panna on it.
Garnish it with mint leaves to give that cool effect.
