Sunhere Aloo

(Potato Wedges cooked in Indian flavors)
Potatoes: 5 medium sized(cut into broad strips)
Onion:1 (chopped length wise)
Green chilli: 1(slit vertically)
Cumin seeds:less than ¼ tablespoon
Coriander seeds: ¼ tablespoon
Kalonji(black cumin seeds): less than  ¼ tablespoon
Turmeric powder:pinch
Salt:  to taste
Sabji Masala: ¼ tablespoon
Oil: 3 tablespoon
Coriander leaves

Method: Take oil in a kadhai(wok). Add cumin seeds,kalaunji and coriander seeds. Once the seeds start splattering, add onion and green chilli. Saute it for a minute.
Add potatoes along with salt, turmeric powder and sabji masala. Saute it and then cover it with a lid.
Let it cook for around 5-6 minutes or till potatoes become tender.
Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
Your sunhere aalo is ready to serve.
