Phuket Green Nutty Salad

Phuket Green Nutty Salad
(Thai style salad with peanut and sesame seeds dressing)
Lettuce: 1 bunch (5-6 leaves)
Cucumber: 1(peeled and diced)
Capsicum: 1(cut into squares)
Almonds: 4-5 (peeled)
Peanut: ½  cup
Sesame seeds: ½ cup
Sugar: 1 tablespoon
Vegetable oil: 1 cup
Lemon juice: 2 tablespoon
Garlic: 5-6 cloves
Dry Red Chilies: 1-2

In a large bowl, combine all the salad greens.
For the dressing: Make a coarse paste of garlic and red chilies with the help of mortar and pestle.
Roast the peanuts and the sesame seeds in a non stick pan. Now grind the roasted peanuts in the mixer for less than 30 seconds. The peanut should come out coarsely ground.
Take a jar. Add peanuts, sesame seeds, oil, chilli garlic paste, sugar, lemon juice .Add salt and pepper to taste. Give it a good shake so that the flavors get mixed.
Now, pour the required amount of dressing over the salad and toss well.
Your Phuket Green Nutty Salad is ready to serve!
Note: Your salad should be dressed just before serving. You can store the salad dressing in an air tight container and keep it in the refrigerator for about a week.
