Plain Flour: 1 cup
Wheat flour: ½ cup
Sugar:  ½ cup
Baking powder: 1 tablespoon
Milk: 1.5 cup or enough to make batter

Method: Mix flour, sugar and baking powder in a bowl. Now add milk gradually so that no lumps are formed and it has a pourable consistency.
Take a thick nonstick griddle. Pour a ladleful of pancake mix on the griddle. Drizzle some oil. Once the bubble starts forming on the pancake, flip it over. Let it cook for 1-2 minutes or till it turns golden brown.
Bring it off the pan.Your restaurant style pancake is ready to serve. Top it up with any fruits and pancake syrup of your choice.
Note: Honey is a good and healthy substitute for any pancake syrup.
