Kuttu Aata: 1 cup
Potatoes: ½ cup(mashed)
Rock Salt ( Sendha namak): to taste
Green Chilies: 1 finely chopped
Coriander leaves: 2 table spoon (finely chopped)
Water for kneading
Oil for frying
Mix kuttu aata, potatoes, salt, coriander leaves and green chilies in a mixing bowl. Now if the mixture is still too dry, add little water and make smooth dough out of it.
Take oil in a kadhai (wok). Let it heat. Meanwhile,take ball size dough and roll it out with the help of a rolling pin to make a 4-5 inches round shaped poori.Similarly, make the rest of the pooris.
Fry the pooris till golden brown.
Kuttu poori is ready to eat. Serve it with aloo sabzi or any raita of your choice.
Note: For calorie conscious people, use grated cucumber instead of mashed potatoes for the dough.
