All Red Soup

Tomatoes:5 fully ripened
 Beetroot: 1(peeled and cut into cubes)
Carrot :1 large (scraped and cut into cubes)
Garlic 5-6 cloves
Onion: 1 medium sized(peeled and cut into cubes)

Method: Wash all the vegetables and put them for boiling. Once the vegetables become tender take them out along with the stock.
Now, blend the vegetables in the mixer. Add some water if the content is too thick.
Bring the soup to boil one more time. Add salt,pepper and oregano to your taste.
Your nutritious All red Soup  is ready to serve .Serve it with any bread of your choice.
Note:  For a spicier version, you can add chilli flakes to your soup.
